Veranda Place has great amenities and apartment features which complement any lifestyle.
Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and residents. Each resident is responsible for his/her own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the Forms page of our website. If your son/daughter/guarantee cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement. Veranda Place does not allow subletting; your son/daughter/guarantee will need to pay a transfer fee and the replacement will have to sign a new lease to take over the rest of your son/daughter/guarantee’s lease term.
